The Company agrees to be bound by all instructions which GSC believes in good faith to have been given or authorised by the Company and shall indemnify GSC for all indebtedness, liabilities, obligations, losses, damages, penalties, actions, suits, judgements, cost, charges, charges and expenses arising from or in connection with any Transaction and/or action taken by GSC or its correspondents and agents in accordance with or pursuant to any such instructions.
